Chapman Tate Associates is exclusively partnering with an international Estates & Management powerhouse to find an IT Business Systems Analyst. Backed by major investment firms and operating across 25+ cities, our client is undergoing a massive enterprise expansion—and they need your expertise to lead the way.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining Business Analysis and Project Management. You will be the functional lead for the Yardi Voyager Platform across EMEA.
- Global Rollouts: Lead the deployment of Yardi Voyager and the onboarding of new international property portfolios.
- System Optimization: Own configuration changes across Yardi, Banking, Procurement, and Reconciliation (Trintech) systems.
- Strategic Roadmap: Work with stakeholders on system upgrades and the implementation of Yardi Elevate and RentCafe.
- Subject Matter Expert: Deliver software demos, lead user training, and act as the bridge between technical teams and business owners.
What You’ll Bring
- Yardi Expertise: Deep, "under-the-hood" knowledge of Yardi Voyager is essential.
- Sector Experience: A background in Finance BA roles within Real Estate, Residential, or Property Management.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert skills in scoping, gap analysis, and process documentation.
- Certifications (Desirable): ISEB, Prince2, or ITIL Foundation.
