I head up the and specialise in IT Sales Division which specialises in recruiting senior sales professionals within the CRN Top 100 VAR’s as well as some Vendors and a few Distributors.

We recruit experienced sales professionals for organisations involved in Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure, Networking, IT Security, SaaS, Software and Cyber Security (IAM & PAM)

When managing the Sales Division during a holiday target in which the whole team hit the holiday by all qualifying in their own individual categories. We had the top rookie, top qualifying consultants x 2 and I want as top manager.

Biggest untapped opportunity in IT Sales recruitment?

International Sales. With the UK being so saturated with recruitment companies, the biggest growth opportunity is international. My goal is to lead a sales team based in a number of international offices and for my role to evolve into a Global Sales Director, managing international offices and consultants.

What do your family think you do all day?

They haven’t got a clue. I’m sure they just think I sit in an office making calls. Recruitment is an industry where no one really knows what you do unless they have done recruitment. Our clients often do not know what we do, otherwise I truly believe they would be more cooperative. The general perception is that when we send them or talk to them about a candidate that’s all we’ve done. They do not realise the work it takes to obtain the candidates or the number of candidates screened/interviewed to find a suitable one. It’s my job to explain this to them.
