Chapman Tate are working in partnership with a leading Managed Services Provider who are looking to appoint a Pre-Sales Engineer with a robust background in Cisco technologies. This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on designing, scoping, and presenting enterprise-grade network solutions to diverse clients across the M4 Corridor.
🔧 What You'll Bring:
- A solid Pre-Sales background within the IT infrastructure space.
- Deep expertise in Cisco technologies – including:
- Cisco Catalyst Networks
- SD-WAN
- Meraki
- VPN Solutions
- Cisco DNAC (Digital Network Architecture Center)
- Exposure to Fortinet and ideally Juniper technologies.
- Ability to articulate complex networking solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites across the M4 Corridor (approx. 80% office/site based, 20% remote).
- Eligibility for Security Clearance is essential.

- Partnering with account managers to deliver pre-sales technical support and consultancy.
- Engaging with clients to understand business needs and craft tailored network solutions.
- Producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Acting as a technical advisor on Cisco solutions, particularly around security and SD-WAN.
- Collaborating with engineering teams post-sale to ensure smooth delivery.
