Business Development Manager – IFS
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid options)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + uncapped commission + benefits
Chapman Tate Associates are working exclusively with a highly respected IFS Partner who are experiencing sustained growth across the UK and Europe. As part of their continued investment in their commercial team, we are seeking an experienced ERP Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager with a strong background in IFS to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven ERP sales professional who understands the IFS ecosystem and can confidently engage C‑suite stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new opportunities while working closely with pre‑sales, delivery and marketing teams to position the full IFS suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales across the IFS ERP portfolio
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to contract close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
- Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM discipline
- Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings
About You
- Proven experience selling IFS ERP solutions (partner or vendor background)
- Strong track record as a BDM / ERP Sales Consultant
- Deep understanding of ERP value propositions and complex sales cycles
- Confident engaging at board and C‑suite level
- Highly motivated, target‑driven and commercially astute
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
