Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced ERP & BI Systems Specialist to take ownership of their Epicor ERP and Power BI environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining ERP development, business intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement to drive real business value.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and optimise Epicor ERP (Kinetic/v10+)
✔ Develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and customisations
✔ Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions
✔ Build and support integrations between ERP and other business systems
✔ Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
✔ Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data governance initiatives
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✅ 3+ years' experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic or v10+)
✅ Strong experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, dashboards, and workflows
✅ Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and RLS
✅ Strong SQL Server / T-SQL experience
✅ Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications via APIs
✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
This role is fully onsite in Luton and offers the opportunity to become the go-to expert for a business-critical ERP and analytics platform.
