Contingency Recruitment Service
Contingency Recruitment Service is suitable if you have a medium size budget and sporadic vacancies with fairly open timescales. Global recruitment is typically done on this basis. It is critical to act quickly when the right candidate is found, as contingency recruitment is high volume and there will typically be competition from similar firms chasing the same candidates. There is no cost to consider candidates, we are only paid upon successful placement of a candidate.
Partnership Agreement Service
Partnership Agreement Service would be a better option for your business if you have a more consistent, stable recruitment drive and are looking for maximum cost effectiveness.
Typically, a Partnership Agreement Service takes the form of either a Sole Supplier Agreement, or a Preferred Supplier Agreement for an ongoing basis (over the course of 12 months or more).
